The room was spacious, clean, and bright. The bed was comfortable and the morning clerk was very pleasant. The pool area looked nice and inviting.
We never had any hot water during our stay. The desk clerk had difficulty finding our reservation and was not very empathetic.

The hotel is located close to the bus station and is convenient for travelers. the large and bright rooms are clean, with a comfortable bed. the morning clerk is very pleasant, and the pool area looks nice. the bathroom is well-maintained and has all the necessary amenities.
Finding our reservation was difficult, and the desk clerk was not very sympathetic. the door onto the small balcony did not lock, which made us feel unsafe.

Large and clean room, convenient location near the bus station. the bright room was a nice touch. the pool area looked good too. Our morning clerk, Pina, was very friendly and helpful.
We had a terrible experience with the hot water, it never came through. We had some issues with the reservation and the night desk clerk was indifferent.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient as it is close to the bus station. The room was spacious, bright, and clean with a comfortable bed. The morning staff member, Pina, was very pleasant. The hotel also had a nice pool area that looked very inviting.
